SW FerCO2 is a modified SW Chem Loop system that targets the impurities of natural gas flue gas and cleans the CO2. This system is a horizontal skid that operates as a semi-batch system and uses liquid chemical, either Na or K (Mg to be tested) to target SOx and NOx.
SW FerCO2 is a low-cost fertilizer production system and clean CO2 source.
The liquid chemical cycles and mixes with the acid gases in the shockwave under a single contact until the appropriate pH is achieved and leaves the CO2 unreacted. The clean CO2 can then be piped directly into a greenhouse and the fertilizers can be used as a liquid spray to promote healthy and robust plant growth.
